As co-founder and managing director of the Maya Nutrition Retreat Centre (Switzerland), I have the privilege to work with groups of women from a wide range of different backgrounds. My experience revealed the multiple challenges encountered by mid-life women. I am particularly sensitive to their distress and feelings of helplessness. Therefore, as a qualified nutritional therapist (Bachelor of Science), I have decided to create individual online consultation programmes, to support each woman, considering her personal situation and unique biology.
